We’ll catch ourselves.
We’ll go for breathtaking early morning swims, gentle and brisk walks.
We’ll huddle, And make fire
We’ll play games.
We’ll breathe in fresh crisp air.
We’ll move. We’ll reflect on what’s gone, what’s now and what to bring with us.
We’ll slow down.
We’ll breathe deeply into ourselves.
We’ll eat home-made bread, earthy soup, stewed fruit, over-night porridge and nuts you crack into yourselves.
Your time will be partly with Steph holding space for you in the studio and partly for you to move as you need.
Please note Bodlondeb is a Dry Space: no drugs or alcohol.
